Bullfight Tickets: Upper Deck Andanada Seats

Traditional bullfights are the finale to the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona and feature skilled matadors who fight the bulls that were included in the morning’s encierro. The Andanada section of the Plaza de Toros is the upper deck of the stadium, part of which is in the shade (sombra) and the other in the sun (sol). These tickets are for the shade section of Andanada – a less expensive option that still provides terrific views and a friendly atmosphere.

These upper deck bullfight seats are great for any of the festival’s events. The Novillada Bullfight on July 5th features younger bulls and bullfighters. This bullfight begins at 8:00 p.m., but we suggest arriving at the Plaza de Toros no later than 7:45 p.m. The Rejones Bullfight on July 6th features Rejoneadors, who conduct the bullfight on horseback. Like the rest of the San Fermin bullfights from July 7- 14th, this starts at 6:30 p.m. Best to arrive at least 45 minutes early to locate your seat.

Bullfight Tickets can be booked as part of one of our Pamplona Tour Packages.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Bullfight tickets are available for pickup at Hotel Pamplona Cathedral Hotel between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 6:00 p.m., you risk losing the value of your ticket. Bullfight tickets are non-refundable and we are unable to change your tickets to another day as the entire fiesta sells out in advance. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and pick your tickets up on time.

NOTE: We do strive to make sure that we seat groups together, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that parties of three or more will be next each other.

Please be aware that advance tickets are expensive and will cost more than the face value of the tickets. It is sometimes possible to purchase tickets on the day of the event from scalpers found in front of the Plaza de Toros, but this is never guaranteed and the price can vary wildly. If you are only visiting Pamplona for a day or two, we highly suggest paying the premium for certainty.

A few months before the festival, you will receive an email invitation to download our Trip Plans app. This app will give you access to your live itinerary, including addresses of your events and contact information for our office in Pamplona. You will even be able to message us in the app during the festival.
