From the minute you book with us to the minute you arrive in Pamplona, we will be with you every step of the way to help make sure you have a flawless Fiesta. Our team of 35 guides surrounds you with support at every key moment, but also know when to back off so you can enjoy the freedom to explore Pamplona.

Each morning, we escort you to your balcony to view the morning bull run (when it is easy to get lost in the chaos). In addition, you can easily message us through our app when you have questions or need help.

Due to the exclusive nature of Gran Hotel La Perla and its own no-refund policy for San Fermin bookings, this package is non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance for your booking.

July 12th

  • Arrive in Pamplona at your leisure and check-in. Our concierge will greet you in your hotel lobby.

July 13th

  • Breakfast in your hotel
  • Mid-afternoon, you’re invited to join a walking tour of the bull run route with an expert runner, making you a better runner, and a better spectator – since you’ll learn what to expect.
  • At 6:00pm take the short 25-minute walk from the hotel to the Plaza de Toros to take your seat for the evening bullfights in our private season ticket seats in the lower deck Tendido section.
  • Around 8:00pm as you leave the bullfights, make your way to the Baluarte Performing Arts Center to join a fantastic evening, hosted by our Founder, Mark Hellmann Regouby. We enjoy a fantastic meal together including flamenco dancing and music. Then we get an invitation to join the patrons of the arts center for a private rooftop party for a front-row view of Pamplona’s famous nightly fireworks competition. Fireworks are over by 11:30pm so you can stay and dance the night away with the locals, or make your way out and rejoin the party on the street.

July 14th

  • Watch the very last bull run of the fiesta from the safety of a premium balcony. At 6:30am, we escort you to the door of your balcony, where our guide waits with you until the owner opens the door at 7:00am. You have to be off the street by 7am because only runners are allowed on the street from 7 to 8am. The bulls run at 8:00am and our host invites us to watch instant replays on the TV. We normally return to the street around 8:15am
  • Breakfast in your hotel after the bull run
  • Explore the sights and sounds of Fiesta at your leisure.
  • Take advantage of our optional Gourmet Dining Package upgrade to join our Tapas & Wine Tasting, hosted by a local food and wine expert, where you’ll sample award-winning tapas dishes paired with an excellent selection of regional wines.
  • Add on our optional Torero Training & Bull Ranch Tour to get out into the countryside and learn how to manage a cape and sidestep a young bull. (Or sit on the sidelines and enjoy tapas & wine as you watch your friends give it a go.)
  • At 11:00pm meet our guides at your Closing Ceremonies Balcony (just 500 feet away) where you’ll be directly on Plaza Castillo with a direct view of the festivities. (Other tour operators take you to the tailgate party two blocks away on Plaza Castillo.) Enjoy Navarran food and wine, while you watch from the safety of a balcony as a few hours of mosh-pit chaos unfolds below.

What’s included in a Running of the Bulls travel package?
Each package includes accommodations (city center or suburbs), balcony access for the bull run, evening bullfight tickets, meals or dining events (varies per package), a guided walking tour of the bull run route, premium apparel (shirt, bandana, sash), access to exclusive ROTB-only guest events, an itinerary app with in-app messaging, and guides/translators at events.

What dates can I book for The Running of the Bulls?
Packages are offered for three windows: Opening Ceremonies (July 6-8), Mid-Fiesta (July 8-12), and Closing Ceremonies (July 12-14). Custom itineraries for different or personalized dates are available via phone or Zoom call.

How can I contact you with questions before or during my trip?
Before booking, use the “Pamplona Expert Travel Advice” form or call. After booking, call, email, or message until the app link is sent, then use in-app messaging. During the fiesta, contact via the app or visit a Running of the Bulls Concierge desk (location noted in the app).

Can the travel package be customized or upgraded?
Yes. Add-ons like lunch/dinner or additional event tickets are available, and fully customized, group, or VIP packages can be arranged by contacting the team.

How many guests does a travel package cover?
Packages are priced per person with single, double, or triple occupancy options (hotel rooms max at 3). Larger groups should contact ROTB directly for Group Travel Packages.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Before September 15, 2025: 75% refund. Before December 1, 2025: 50% refund. Before March 1, 2026: 25% refund. March 1, 2026 and after: Non-refundable. All cancellations, name transfers, and changes are subject to a $100 admin fee. VIP and large customized packages are non-refundable.

Is travel insurance included?
No, but it is highly recommended. ROTB does not provide travel insurance; it is the traveler’s responsibility to secure coverage for cancellations, disruptions, and wellness needs.

How do flights, train rides, and arrival/departure logistics work?
ROTB does not book flights or trains but provides advice on options. Car services are not included unless a VIP package is booked. Pre-booking transfers is strongly recommended, as Uber/Lyft are not available in Pamplona and taxis are scarce during the festival.

How and when do I get my detailed itinerary?
A link to download the Trip Plans App and access your itinerary is sent via email 30 days before your arrival date. The app includes your schedule, live updates, and direct team messaging.

What does local support and guides look like in Spain?
Support includes ROTB concierge desks at many hotels, 24/7 app messaging, guided tours, local experts on balconies, and guides at all official ROTB events. A private concierge option is also available for additional on-the-ground support.
