Traveling with a larger group to experience the San Fermin Festival can be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that allows you to share special memories and bonds created at the world’s largest fiesta. If you’re planning a group trip with family, friends, a corporate team or large organization, the Running of the Bulls is the perfect event.

Across the event held each year from July 6-14, you’ll find activities for every type of traveler. While many come to run with the bulls, the San Fermin Fiesta has much more to offer. Throughout the streets, parades run 24/7, and live concerts from Spain’s top artists occur daily. You’ll find plentiful food and drink as well, and can take a deep dive into the Navarra and Rioja regions’ wine with our privatisable group tours and events.

We offer tailored packages for groups of all sizes, whether you have 10, 50, or 100 travelers. Our packages include a variety of additions, upgrades, and custom options to fit your groups needs. Additionally, each piece is flexible to accommodate your budget.

Over the years, we’ve offered special additions, like:

• Gran Hotel La Perla: Pamplona’s best and most famous hotel, where Hemingway once stayed, is a 5 star establishment on the bull run route. It is known for its incredible service and playing host to a roster of A-list celebrities.
• Hotel Maisonnave: This 4 star hotel is one of Pamplona’s oldest hotels, but features recent renovations. Located in Pamplona’s city center, only a few minutes from the bull run route. It’s modern furnishings and ideal location make it an easy option for San Fermin group travel.
• Hotel Castillo de Gorraiz: Located in the foothills surrounding Pamplona, this beautiful 4 star resort offers a peaceful respite from the fiesta. Here, you’ll find 24/7 shuttle service and space similar to that of a hotel in the United States.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR RUNNING OF THE BULLS GROUP TRIPS

• Do all group members need to choose the same package? While we recommend that groups attend the same events to make the most of the experience, we can customize the trip as needed for individual guests. For example, several guests prefer not to attend the San Fermin bullfights. While the rest of the group spectates the event, we can arrange a separate event for those who do not attend.
• Can we add additional activities or upgrades once we’re in Pamplona?  We will always strive to offer you the best possible Running of the Bulls experience. Once you arrive in Pamplona, our team can accept requests for additional activities or upgrades. Because of very limited availability in Pamplona as the event draws near, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but it may not be possible. We highly recommend planning a full schedule of events with our experts well before the event, so that your group can plan to witness every aspect of San Fermin.

Our group travel packages for the Running of the Bulls include a variety of services, such as:

• Pamplona Hotels:  We’ve brought many thousands of guests to Pamplona since 2006, and pride ourselves in only offering the best Pamplona hotels.
• Bull Run Balconies:  We offer balcony spots across the entire bull run route. These vary from the intense uphill race at the start of the run on Santo Domingo, to the main stretch of Estafeta, to the highly sought-after Dead Man’s Curve.
• Guaranteed Bullfight Tickets:  As the largest season ticket holder for the bullfights of San Fermin, our guaranteed tickets on the arena’s shade side place you front and center for one of Spain’s greatest traditions.
• Local Dining:  We vet and work closely with Pamplona’s greatest restaurants. With prepaid reservations, you’ll have the opportunity to dine at hard-to-reserve locales like the Michelin-starred Restaurante Rodero.

We will equip members of your group with a white Running of the Bulls™ polo or t-shirt, along with a red pañuelo (bandana) and faja (sash). Our branded gear delivers the additional benefit of offering an easy way for our guests to easily identify one another on the crowded streets of the fiesta.
• Transportation:  Over the years, we’ve built great relationships with Pamplona’s private car and coach companies. Depending on the size and needs of your group, we can help to arrange transportation during your time in Pamplona.

Not included in our group travel packages:

• Flights and Trains to or from Pamplona:  Though we don’t arrange flights or trains around the San Fermin Fiesta, we are able to provide you with recommendations and tips to find the best possible means of travel for your group.
• Ground Transportation outside of Pamplona:  We do not arrange transportation outside of Pamplona, but can similarly connect you with our providers or give recommendations to make your group travel planning a breeze.

Unlike our standard packages, our group travel packages are able to be fully customized. It all starts with the dates: you’ll choose the preferred travel dates for your group.

We do require a minimum of 2 nights, but the choice is yours — whether you prefer to attend the Txupinazo Opening Ceremonies or any other part of the fiesta. For groups of 40 or more, we highly recommend choosing the Mid-Fiesta (July 8-11) or Closing (July 12-15) dates, since San Fermin will be less crowded and easier for large groups to stay together.

Once you choose your preferred travel dates, you’ll be able to customize with your choice of hotel, our various Running of the Bulls® balconies, specialized tours, and other options that are only available with group travel packages.

We’ll always work to accomodate groups of any size, even if it means finding additional inventory just so we can fit you in. Because inventory does become limited as we approach San Fermin in July, we recommend starting the conversation as early as possible.

For groups of 40 or more, we advise reaching out in the Fall before the event. Our team starts planning and organizing for the next year as soon as each year’s fiesta is over on July 15th, so you can lock in your trip as early as that.

For groups around 20 to 30 guests, you’re welcome to reach out anytime. Still, earlier is better so that we can ensure availability for all your preferred package components.
